Mike - another great read. I particularly love the list of odds and ends - more rabbit holes to get have fun in. One critique - or maybe it's just my misinterpretation of the fruit rich diet graph - but you say "As you can see, everyone ditched liver fat by the ten day mark." It looks to me as if there are two people whose liver fat went up from about day 2 - am I not reading it correctly?

Got Georgia Ede's book too (along with Gary Taubes' latest) - I once had a teleconference with her about health. She's an amazing woman and so very kind - another of Harvard's great mistakes since they let her go for treating students' depression with diet. Says more about Harvard (almost) than the Claudine Gay fiasco. Thanks also for the Malcolm Kendrick video - one which I hadn't seen. (And btw - he's had a rough few years - had to take the jabs if he wanted to continue taking care of his elderly patients so he did, developed prostate cancer and was treated for it - successfully, I believe - and is involved in a huge lawsuit, which of course is no fun. So his weight gain might be a result of all that and - I don't know - just put yourself in his shoes. He's truly a great guy.

Just a couple:

Thanks for the typo notification. All fixed, plus some others I found.

Yes, Malcolm has had some health issues, which, I hope, are behind him now. I haven't seen him since the talk I posted, which was in Feb last year.

Georgia is a terrific person. Harvard was dumb to lose her.
