Here is my weekly newsletter. This week we discuss the Broken Science Initiative, statins, lipids, a new book, and building and maintaining lean body mass.
The event in Montecito seems perfect for someone like Ivor Cummins. Ivor's mention of The Arrow in a Gettr post is the reason I started reading The Arrow, having been a longtime reader of the brilliant Dr. Eades. Pleasantries aside, with the benefit of hindsight I am grateful for being introduced to LCHF more than 20 years ago. Being able to stick with that way of eating "primed" me to be skeptical of mainstream medicine.
When my doctor pushed me to take statins, I read the studies and the "ATPs" (Adult Treatment Panel II and III) and realized that Pharma was creating the market for reducing LDL out of thin air. It was my first exposure to watching doctors ignore higher all cause mortality for the treatment group than the control in pushing a drug.
Without those prior experiences and authors like Dr. Eades, I would not have been attuned to see through the mRNA injection propoganda. I suspect many others had a similar experience.
Much appreciated the info on aging and sarcopenia. I have been eating predominantly OMAD for a while now and was wondering if I am at a disadvantage only getting my protein in once a day? I exercise fasted, including resistance.
I am reminded of an observation that I was taught in 6th grade science class: If you measure the wrong thing, the answer you get will be meaningless, even if correct.
Most informative post. You mentioned consuming Whey. Is there a particular whey product that you recommend. I consume beef bone broth collagen. Is that a good source of protein and essential amino acids?

I found your section on lean body mass, weight loss and protein as we get older very interesting. More please.
I hope that reversing sarcopenia in those plus 65 through resistance training is still a possibility. Will you cover that in PP2?

When will Protein Power 2 be available?
