This is a notice to let you know I’m switching The Arrow to a new platform.

Starting from Feb 29, 2024, I will be sending emails from a new & better system.

If you are an existing subscriber, no action is required from you as our reader.

All of the content along with all subscriber information have been migrated to this new platform.

You will not see me posting new articles from SubStack. So if you are a SubStack user I urge you to read my latest articles on our new site.
